Drink Markers
What types of glasses can I use Drink Markers on?
Our Drink Markers are designed to fit most smooth-rimmed drinkware, including:
- Stemless wine glasses
- Stemmed wine glasses
- Cocktail glasses
- Martini glasses
- Champagne flutes
- Acrylic cups
- Solo cups
- Shot glasses
- Most standard beverage glasses
For the best fit, we do not recommend using them on mugs, insulated tumblers with extra-thick rims, or oversized drinking glasses.
Will the Drink Markers stay securely attached?
Yes! Our signature clip is designed to securely grip the rim of your glass throughout your celebration.
When properly attached, your Drink Marker stays in place while guests sip, toast, and mingle—making it easy for everyone to identify their drink.
Are Drink Markers reusable?

What glasses are Classic Wine Charms designed for?
Classic Wine Charms are designed for stemmed wine glasses and hang elegantly from the stem, helping guests identify their glass while adding a decorative finishing touch.

Do you use genuine Swarovski® and Preciosa® crystals?
Yes. Our crystal collections feature only genuine Swarovski® and Preciosa® crystals, selected for their exceptional brilliance, beauty, and craftsmanship.
Ordering & Shipping
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.
How are orders shipped?
We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS with tracking provided for every order.
Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.
Military APO, DPO, and FPO addresses may require additional transit time.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.
To begin a return, simply email us at support@claimyourglass.com, and we'll be happy to help.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- A Return Authorization is required before sending your order back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
What if there's a problem with my order?
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you believe you've received a defective product, please contact us right away. Our team will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Product Care
How do I clean my Drink Markers and Classic Wine Charms?
For the longest life:
- Hand rinse with mild soap and warm water.
- Towel dry completely before storing.
- Remove Drink Markers and Wine Charms before washing your glass.
- Store in a dry place between uses.
Please do not place Drink Markers or Classic Wine Charms in the dishwasher or microwave.
